the best granola ever!



I'm a sucker for a good granola, because in my opinion it just makes any breakfast bowl that much yummier. I just threw this together using ingredients I had at home, and was stoked with the outcome.



I've been having this everyday for breakie since, and am seriously OBSESSED!


To make it GF just remove or replace the oats.

P.s. adding dried fruit is a game changer!

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.


Measure out your dry ingredients and mix them all together in a bowl. Add the maple syrup and coconut oil and stir until everything is coated.



Put into a flat baking dish / tray and place in oven. Cook until golden stirring every 5 minutes. Mine took a total of 20 minutes to cook.



Enjoy on your, yoghurt, fruit, smoothie bowls or even just by itself.
